Description : Procurement of Security Services for CSCROIV for 2026
Scope of Works:
1. Provision of Security Guards Two (2) regular guards and one (1) reliever guard on Sunday

24 hours, 7 days a week for 12 months

Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Contract Duration: May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027
2. See Attached Special Conditions for other specifications
3. Kindly submit the following Legal and Technical Documents together with the accomplished RFQ:

a. PhilGEPS Registration;
b. Mayor-s/Business Permit;
c. BIR Registration;
d. DTI/SEC/CDA Registration; and
e. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (New NGPA Form).

Failure to do so will result in outright disqualification of the offer.
