Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT

OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR
CAMALIGAN FISH PORT

1. The Philippine Fisheries Development Authority - Camaligan Fish Port (PFDA-CFP) intends
to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱
1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for a period of one (1) year
payment under the contract for Procurement of Security Services for Camaligan Fish Port
(CFP). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PFDA-CFP now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The contract shall be
for a period of three (3) years. Bidders should have completed, within the past five (5) years
from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The
description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in
Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-
discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and

Regulations (IRR)...
