  1) The Cagayan Economic Zone Authority, through the Corporate Operating Budget for the year 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty Million Two Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos and 87/100 (₱ 130,261,274.87) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Security Services in the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Freeport (CSEZFP). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The CEZA Bids and Awards Committee (CEZA BAC) now invites bids for Procurement of Security Services in the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Freeport (CSEZFP) . Delivery of the Goods is required from May 2026 until May 2029 (Three years).
