INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES
FOR BAHAY PAG-ASA AND BILIRAN PROVINCIAL CRISIS CENTER

1. The Provincial Government of Biliran through General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the project Procurement of Security Services for Bahay Pag-Asa and Biliran Provincial Crisis Center. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
