  PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR ALL NAAP CAMPUSES FOR THE PERIOD OF FEBRUARY TO DECEMBER 2026
  
  1) The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines, formally known as the Philippine State College of Aeronautics, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program and from internally generated income of the College, intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Five Hundred Seventeen Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos & Seventy-Two Centavos (Php 20,517,958.72) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement Of Security Services for All NAAP Campuses for the Period of February To December 2026 (EPA 2026) under Identification No. PB-2026-001-EPA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
