for the Procurement of Security Services for Agus 5 Hydroelectric Power Plants for CY 2025
(Project Reference No. 2025-PB-SS-AGUS5-066-01)

1. The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2025) and 2026 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2025), intends to apply the sum of SIXTEEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP16,711,000.00) being the respective Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services for Agus 5 Hydroelectric Power Plants for CY 2025 with Project Reference No. 2025-PB-SS-AGUS5-066-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. PSALM now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The estimated delivery of the Goods is required by October 2025. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an e...
