The Bulacan Water District (BWD), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Pesos (PhP 768,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) only for the first (1st) year of the multiyear contract (covering the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services (Multi-Year Contract) (BWDPRF1626-RFQ1841) in accordance with Rule IV, Sec.34 of Republic Act (RA) 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act, and the use of Small Value Procurement (SVP) in its IRR, Rule IV-Modes of Procurement.. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected. The total approved budget allocation under this project for the multi-year period is described as follows:
