Description : One (1) lot DELIVERY OF SECURITY SERVICES
ABC: 276,000.00

¤ The duration of the contract shall be renewable
every year for three (3) consecutive years;
¤ Contract price shall be fixed for three (3) years
and shall not be adjusted; and
¤ The procuring entity may pre-terminate the
contract for failure of the service provider/
contractor to perform its obligations under
the contract.

SPECIFICATIONS:

¤ The agency shall provide the Office with protection for the properties,
building installation by furnishing one (1) security guard to render duty for
ten (10) hours daily on specified days;

¤ The security guard shall be duly licensed, qualified under applicable laws
and regulations, properly 'screened and adequately trained, can speak and
understand English language;

¤ The agency shall accordingly provide the security 'guard with firearms and
