The COTABATO FOUNDATION COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Two million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
