1. The Bicol Region General Hospital and Geriatric Medical Center (BRGHGMC), through the NEP CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWELVE MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY AND 64/100 PESOS ONLY (PHP 12,294,860.64) being the ABC to payments under the contract for BRGHGMC-GS-2025-21: Procurement of Security Services 2026 (EPA) consisting of, among others. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
