The TUPC through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder project:

Location: TUPC Comp. Carlos Q. Trinidad Ave., Salawag, Dasmariñas City, Cavite

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) of the proposed project for bidding.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification, and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent
provisions of the implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184and RA 12009.
