FUNDING SOURCE: Subject to the Approval of GOVERNMENT OF THE PHILIPPINES THROUGH GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT (GAA) FY 2025
1. The Department of Science and Technology-Cordillera Administrative Region (DOST-CAR), through the authorized appropriations under the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifty One Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Nine Pesos and Sixty centavos (Php 1,351,479.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES OF THE DOST-CAR FOR MARCH TO DECEMBER 2025 under Bid Ref. No. DOST-CAR-2412001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. DOST-CAR now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES OF THE DOST-CAR FOR MARCH TO DECEMBER 2025. Delivery of the services is required for the period of ten months.
