PROCUREMENT FOR THE SECURITY, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF STP AT LIBERTAD CHANNEL

IB-2025-086-GOODS-FCSMO

1. The Government of the Philippines (GOP), through the MMDA Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of PESOS: Twenty-Seven Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Nine and 68/100 (Php 27,993,139.68) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement for The Security, Operation, And Maintenance of STP at Libertad Channel. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Three Hundred Sixty (360) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years (CY-s 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
