Description : Scope of Work

The Project will cover the following:

1. Installation of license
2. Software license that can accommodate 12GB events per day at the minimum.
3. Onsite technical support 1 year, 8am to 5pm, phone, email and next business day.

BIDDER QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
a. The prospective bidder must be a company that has been continually operating for at least (5) years providing information technology products and services (i.e. Firewall, SIEM, Web Security, among others).
b. The prospective bidder should be an Authorized Partner and has the technical skills and capabilities to implement and support the proposed solution. Bidders must submit a current and valid certification from their
partner which indicates that the bidder is an authorized partner. Failure to submit as part of the technical requirements is a grounds for disqualification.
c. The prospective bidder must have at least two (2) certified engineers who are regular and locally based employees and must be certified and trained by the software manufacturer. Photocopy of the certifications ...
