Description : Procurement of Security Guard Services for Philippine Normal University Visayas for FY 2025
1. The Philippine Normal University Visayas, through General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Three Pesos and Ninety-Six Centavos (Php 2,168,453.96) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Security Guard Services for PNUV for FY 2025 (PNU - VIS - GD 2025.04.016). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Normal University Visayas now invites bids for the Procurement of Security Guard Services for PNU Visayas for FY 2025. Delivery of the Services is required by Twelve (12) Months for FY 2025-2026. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years, from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
