  TERMS OF PAYMENT:
  • Monthly billing shall commence only upon acceptance of the installation by the CA-CEB.
  • Payments shall be made on a monthly basis, subject to performance and SLA compliance.
  • Any credit allowances due to service interruptions shall be deducted from the next billing cycle.
  • Additional penalties may apply for non-compliance with response/resolution times.
  
  Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery and only upon the submission of the required supporting documents, i.e. Delivery Receipt and Sales Invoice or Official Receipt, by the supplier, contractor, or consultant.
