PROCUREMENT OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES USE FOR AGTA AND PWD SCHOOL CHILDREN

1. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS (P230,260.00) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES USE FOR AGTA AND PWD SCHOOL CHILDREN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES USE FOR AGTA AND PWD SCHOOL CHILDREN.
