1. The Department of Education - Division of Samar, through the Sub-ARO No. RO-8-25-00053 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Six Hundred Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (11,630,850.00) for The Procurement School Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Nutritious Food Products (NFP) - Iron Fortified Rice and Brown Rice- Lot 1 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
