Description : 1. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Passi City, through the Government of the Philippines FY 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TEN PESOS (PHP 760,410.00) being the Approved PROCUREMENT OF SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM (SBFP) FOR SY 2025-2026 MILK COMPONENT Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Technical Specifications
1. Milk should be received in good condition, not expired, no signs of spoilage, not curdled, not slimy, and no sour smell. It should be delivered frozen or with ice.
2. Individually packed in food-grade polyethylene pouches.
3. Should indicate the Batch and Lot numbers.
4. The packaging must clearly and readably indicate the Manufacturing Date and the Expiration Date.
5. If possible, provide an imprinted sign per pack which indicates "DepEd-SBFP, NOT FOR SALE".
