1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) - Revenue Region (RR) No. 7B - East NCR, through the FY 2025 General Appropriation Act (GAA), R.A. No. 12116, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Three and 60/100 (Php 2,945,853.60) Only being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SCANNER MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND OUTSOURCED PERSONNEL SERVICES FOR THE DOCUMENT PROCESSING DIVISION UNDER REVENUE REGION NO. 7B - EAST NCR (Project ID - P.B. No. 2025-006).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
