  PROCUREMENT OF SATELLITE INTERNET SUBSCRIPTION
  (ID NUMBER: SIS 2025-09-ITRB)
  
  1) The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, through the CY 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (COB) under the Extended Validity of Allotment (EVOA) intends to apply the total amount of Forty-Two Million Pesos (₱42,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract on the bidding for the Procurement of Satellite Internet Subscription under ID Number: SIS 2025-09-ITRB. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation now invites bids for the Procurement of Satellite Internet Subscription. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years (March 17, 2023 - March 16, 2026) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
