Description : I. Introduction and Objective
In line with the government program of Pangkabuhayan sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa (PPG), the
Department of Trade and Industry —Tarlac Provincial Office with office address at 5th floor
Capitol Center Building, Macabulos Drive, San Vicente, Tarlac City wishes to procure
Livelihood Assistance Kits for its identified and qualified PPG Program beneficiaries to help
promote inclusive growth, especially for those affected by disasters as well as identified
beneficiaries considered as priorities of the national government such as beneficiaries from
KIA-WIA and those identified by the NTF-ELCAC.

II. Eligibility Requirements of Prospective Bidders
• DTI/SEC/CDA Registration
• Valid Mayor-s/ Business Permit issued by their local government unit (LGU) in the
current year
• Current BIR Registration with official receipt / Tax Clearance
• Philippine Government
