Description : 1. SPECIFICATIONS:
Scope of Works:
1.0 Sanitation and Disinfection requirements
1.1 The contractor shall supply all chemicals, tools, labor, and all equipment necessary for the proper execution of Sanitation and Disinfection services. Chemical used must comply with requirements of relevant government authorities and be the least toxic and harmless to humans.
1.2 The Contractor shall deploy skilled and well-trained technician/s to ensure correct disinfection activity
1.3 The Contractor staff shall be in complete PPE and wear an identification card during the conduct of service
1.4 Disinfectant to be used: LEADSOL/GERMX or any FDA Approved chemicals
2.0 Frequency of Service
2.1 Once a month treatment for ten (10) months from March to December 2024
3.0 Areas to be treated
3.1 CHED-Higher Education Development Center (HEDC) Building premises - An area approximately 12,000 square meters from Ground to 4th floor including machine room area.
