LGU-Kabugao, Apayao

• The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through Resolution No. 85 Series of 2024-70% LDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Sanitary/Hygiene Kit (stockpile) for MDDRM Office under Contract No. SF Goods 2025-95. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

• The Local Government Unit of Kabugao now invites bids for Procurement of Sanitary/Hygiene Kit (stockpile) for MDDRM Office under Contract No. SF Goods 2025-95. Delivery of the Goods is required to be delivered within Fifteen (15) days from the contract effectivity date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
