Description : Dear Sir/Ma-am:

The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) is conducting the Procurement of Safety Shoes for ETD personnel (Project Reference No. 2025-SHOPPING-SSETD-013-01) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TEN PESOS (PHP 73,710.00), inclusive of delivery costs and all applicable taxes.

In this regard, may we invite your company to submit a proposal for this procurement project based on the requirements set forth in the Terms and Conditions (Annex “A”) and Detailed Bid Price Schedule (Annex B).

Your proposal shall include copies of the following documents:

1. PhilGEPS Registration or latest PhilGEPS Certificate;
2. Latest Mayor-s or Business Permit issued by the city or municipality where the principal place of business of the prospective bidder is located; and
3. Duly accomplished Detailed Bid Price Schedule (Annex B).
