The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) through its Procurement Section, intends to procure,' Roundtrip international economy class airfare for the Nightingales for their performances in Asia Pacific countries for the commemoration of the 127th Philippine Independence Day celebration ' in accordance with Sec. 53.9 Small Value Procurement of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184. The total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Two Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (210,000.00) inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
