Description : The Department of Tourism, Region 02, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure for the Provision of Accommodation, Meals and Snacks for the Conduct of Continuing Education Training for the Local Guides of Nueva Vizcaya province on December 2-4, 2025 in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.

Suppliers of known qualifications are invited to submit their quotation/proposal, duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than 10:00 AM, November 25, 2025 subject to the Terms and Conditions provided in the RFQ.

Prospective Suppliers who will submit a proposal with the lowest calculated responsive offer shall be selected. Quotations may be submitted personally to the address above or you may email at dot2bac@gmail.com

The DOT Region 2 reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the Contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
