Description : The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) through its Procurement Section, intends to procure "Room Accommodation, Meals, and Function Room for the Committee Members in connection with the National Committee on Literary Arts Regular and Out of Town Meeting on November 21 - 23, 2025 at Kalibo, Aklan" following Sec. 53.9 Small Value Procurement of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.)
