Quality: Philippine Grade II or higher, Clean, free from foul odor, free from contaminants and discoloration

Newly harvested (not old stock)

Packaging: 5-kilogram pack, properly sealed With label: “Barangay Gun-ob - Senior Citizens Year-End Activity 2025”

Estimated Quantity: To be specified in the Bidding Documents (based on prevailing market price and ABC)

Delivery Requirements: Door-to-door delivery at Barangay Gun-ob Hall, Lapu-Lapu City

Delivery must include labor for unloading and handling

Inspection: Subject to inspection and acceptance by the Barangay Inspection Team

Must pass quality and weight verification prior to payment

2. DELIVERY SCHEDULE

The Supplier shall deliver the goods within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
