The Municipality of Esperanza, Masbate through the 0.5% PWD Fund under the General Fund 2025, pursuant to Appropriation Ordinance No. 3, Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos only (₱360,000.00.) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Rice and Spaghetti Packs for the Celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) 2025 of the Municipality of Esperanza, Masbate, with Project Reference Number (PRN) of ESPERANZA-GDS-2025-10-03-B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
