INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF RESPONSE MOTORCYCLE FOR MDRRMO, MUNICIPALITY OF MALAPATAN

1. The Local Government Unit, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos only ( Php 750,000.00 ) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Response Motorcycle for MDRRMO with PR no. B1 2023-12-024 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.`

The LGU Malapatan , through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos only ( Php 750,000.00 ) PR no. B1 2023-12-024 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
