THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF ECHAGUE, ISABELA, THROUGH THE TRUST FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION FIFTY THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY SIX PESOS AND FORTY CENTAVOS (P2,053,756.40) AND GENERAL FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY THREE PESOS AND SIXTY CENTAVOS (P 2,826,243.60) AS LGU COUNTERPART TO APPLY THE SUM OF FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (P 4,880,000.00) BEING THE APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) TO PAYMENTS UNDER THE CONTRACT FOR PROCUREMENT OF RESCUE/DISASTER EQUIPMENT EXTRICATION DEVICES FOR RESCUE OPERATIONS/2025-07-51. BIDS RECEIVED IN EXCESS OF THE ABC SHALL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED AT BID OPENING.
