INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF RESCUE EQUIPMENT, MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND OTHERS

1. The Local Government Unit of Anao, through its authorized appropriation under the CY 2025 MDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Pesos (PhP 238,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project Procurement of Rescue Equipment, Medical Equipment, Tools and Others located at Barangay Poblacion Anao, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Anao now invites bids for the Project Procurement of Rescue Equipment, Medical Equipment, Tools and Others. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project worth at least 50% of the ABC.
