1. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN, intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P800,000.00) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF RESCUE EQUIPMENT . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF RESCUE EQUIPMENT.
