Description : 1. The MUNICIPALITY OF TERNATE, CAVITE, through the Development Fund of the Municipality of Ternate, Cavite intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE PESOS (P 2,979,881.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Rescue Boat and Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected in bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Ternate, Cavite now invites bids for the Procurement of Rescue Boat and Equipment. Delivery of GOODS is required to be completed within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is committed in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
