1. The Local Government Unit of Cortes, through the FY 2025 General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos Only. ( Php 1,680,550.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Rescue Boat. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
