The Human Rights Violations Victims- Memorial Commission (HRVVMC), through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure REPRINTING OF ESSENTIAL TRUTHS BOOKLETS SERIES through Small Value Procurement - Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 250,000.00) under the HRVVMC budget.
