for the PROCUREMENT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF UNIT 1 GOVERNOR CONTROLLER OF AGUS IV HEPP
(Project Reference No. 2025-OMA-PB-RGCA4-015-02)

1. The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2025) and 2026 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2026), intends to apply the sum of Twenty Nine Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP29,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the Replacement of Unit 1 Governor System of Agus IV HEPP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. PSALM now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The estimated delivery of the Goods and Services is Two Hundred Seventy (270) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
