Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement for the Replacement and Upgrade of Wireless Access Points for the Department of Foreign Affairs

1. The Department of Foreign Affairs, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 17,100,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement for the Replacement and Upgrade of Wireless Access Points for the Department of Foreign Affairs . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Foreign Affairs now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
