Description : Repair of ACU

1. Replacement of damaged and deteriorated insulation on refrigerant pipelines. High quality closed-cell rubber foam insulation with a minimum thickness of 10-13mm for suction lines.
2. Proper sealing of insulation joints, elbows and pipe terminations with waterproof aluminum or PVC tape to prevent moisture intrusion.
3. Flushing and realignment of condensate drain lines to ensure proper slope and drainage.
4. General cleaning of all fourteen (14) indoor airconditioning units and their corresponding condensers located at the second-floor roof deck. Thorough cleaning of evaporators and condenser coils, drain pan, and air filters to restore efficient cooling and drainage performance.
5. Leak testing and minor refrigerant top-up (as required). Use of nitrogen or soap solution to detect any possible refrigerant or water leaks and perform necessary corrective repairs.
6. Minor ceiling repair and repainting of water-stained areas resulting from condensation leaks.
