To be integrated between of the four (4) units on the ground floor, designed with accessibility features:
Wheelchair-accessible door (appropriate width and swing).
Grab bars strategically placed near the toilet and sink.
Accessible toilet fixture (height and clearance).
Accessible sink fixture (height and knee clearance).
Non-slip flooring (ceramic tile as per ""Interior Partition"" specification).
Proper ventilation.
Lighting.
