1. The National Irrigation Administration 10-LAMISCA IMO, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Four Pesos and Zero-Centavos (Php. 4,519,704.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair of Elevated Flume with Topping at Main Canal Sta. 2+312 - 2+612 and Construction of Bench Flume at Sta. 2+612 - 2+855 of BAL-ASON COMMUNAL IRRIGATION SYSTEM with Contract Reference No.: CW-MOR-RESTO CIS-2025-BAL, located at Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
