The Department of Education-Caraga Region, through the 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Six Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Seventy-Six Pesos and Sixteen Centavos (₱19,648,076.16) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Repair and Rehabilitation of Thirty-Nine (39) Classrooms at Matin-ao NHS, Surigao del Norte Division under the 2024 Quick Response Fund with Project Identification No. 2025-01-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
