1 Preventive Operation Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants of the PGBh Hospitals - Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Services for One (1) STP

One STP Technician to perform Preventive quarterly maintemance services of the Sewage Treatment plant including chemicals for 2 quarters, (within July to Dec. 2025) with the following scope of work:
A.1 Replace Oil, Grease and Lubricants
A.2 Reallignment of pulley of blower, replacement of fan belt (if necessary)
A.3 Check and perform preventive maintenance on other equipment
A.4 Check Control Panels (Amperes, voltage reading, retightening of bolts and cleaning of panels
Enclusions: Equipment repair, hauling overhauling unit and major component replacement and upgrading, bearings mechanical seals, shafting other materials and control accessories.
