Renovation / Beautification of Comfort Rooms (Male & Female)

PROPOSED renovation / beautification of Comfort Rooms for both Male & Female (located at ground floor & 2nd Floor of BTr, Regional Office IX Building.

A. OBJECTIVE
The project aims to renovate and improve the existing Male and Female Comfort Rooms located at the Ground Floor and Second Floor to ensure the following:
1. Provide a clean, hygienic, and comfortable facility for both clients and personnel.
2. Replace worn-out tiles, fixtures, partitions, ceilings, and lighting systems to enhance safety and sanitation.
3. Upgrade plumbing and electrical systems to avoid recurring maintenance problems.
4. Improve the overall appearance and usability of the comfort rooms through modern design and durable materials.
