Description : The Department of Education, Schools Division of La Carlota City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure of the Repair and Maintenance of Out of Warranty DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) Packages of Nagasi Elementary School and Yubo National High School of SDO La Carlota City
through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
Quotations exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract (Php 64,850.00) shall be rejected. Evaluation of quotation and award of contract shall be done on a per lot basis.
Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotation which complies with the technical specifications, requirements and other terms and conditions stated herein.
