1. The Department of Education (DepEd) DIVISION OF LEYTE through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) under FY 2025 - General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 1,323,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF DENTAL CHAIR AND EQUIPMENT with BID REFERENCE NO.
