Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE

Propose Renovation/Re-Design & Installation of New Designed Walls and Ceilings; Electrical Lightings on the Ceiling; Painting of the Conference Room & Director-s Room; Opening/installation of inside partition Door .

A.OBJECTIVE

The proposed project calls for the repairs /Re-design/Electrical Lightings/Paintings works addressing the Installation of New Ceiling Design and its Illuminations; Wall paint, Installations of Wall Designed Panelling and Wall Panelling Back Draft of the RDs Room. The proposed renovation/Re-Designed will provide further condussiveness/Attractiveness where its previous design is almost outcast with new present offices designs, likewise is almost worned-outs and if not addresses early result to higher cost of maintenance and could impose risk to property and human safety. The proposed project will also cover minor improvements which shall beautify and maximize the utilization of the existing features and facilities.
