Procurement for the Rental of Commercial Scenting Machine for CF Bacolod and CF Iloilo for a Period of One (1) Year

SCOPE OF UNDERTAKING

1. Prices quoted shall be VAT Exclusive and shall not be subject to any increase or upward adjustment for any reason or cause whatsoever. Quoted price includes all applicable taxes, fees and charges required by the government.

2. The contractor shall deliver to Casino Filipino-Bacolod and Casino Filipino-Iloilo, brand new scenting machines: Fifteen (15) electric standing/tower units.

3. PAGCOR shall identify specific locations for the machine-s installation.
4. The Contractor shall ensure the continuous supply and shoulder the cost of consumable fragrant oil for the duration of the rental contract.
5. Scent/fragrance shall have prior approval from PAGCOR. The contractor shall ensure that consumable fragrant oil has FDA approval and guaranteed safe for human exposure. Contractors shall ...
