Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF RENTAL OF LIGHT VEHICLES FOR TWO (2) YEARS UNDER ITB NO. CB25-04-031CORa-07

1. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), through the PAGCOR-s Corporate Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seven Million One Hundred Eighty Thousand Sixty Pesos (PhP207,180,060.00), VAT Exclusive, Zero-Rated Transaction, being the total ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Rental of Light Vehicles for Two (2) Years.

2. The PAGCOR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The complete schedule of deliveries is provided in the Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents which will commence within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of receipt by the winning Contractor of the Notice to Proceed, for a period of two (2) years or until the volume or contract amount has already been depleted or consumed, whichever comes first.
